My favorite tools site is portable apps. Portable apps are ported apps which do not need te be installed. Just download, extract and run them. As an example i always copy portable putty and portable scp to a customers Virtual Center server. No need to install them, so i do not change his enviroment, but can use good tools. There is even a portable firefox. Cool for people who want to use another Browser in your terminal server enviroment without the need for installation of the software. Jus copy it to a folder on your server.
